Complete 50-40-30-20-10 reps for time of:

  • Wallballs (20/14# to 10/9′)
  • KB swings (53/35#)

WOD Notes:  There will be a 25 minute cap on this workout.  You can scale by cutting reps in half or eliminating the round of 50.

    Please be mindful of all athletes…we have “waitlist” athletes for both classes. If you aren’t able to make it to the 8:30/9:30, please remove your name as soon as you know you can’t make it.

      How will we know if we get in from the waitlist?

      Jeanette,
      I am fairly certain that:

      1) if you get moved from the wait list to “in,” you will get automatically emailed.

      2) if you are on the wait list, I have heard Nikki/John say to come in anyway, and they’ll find a way to make it work even if all 14 show up.
