too quiet today! what is everyone too tired from losing an hour of sleep this weekend? or perhaps going too hard at the pre-st patty’s day pub crawl?!?
Yesterday wiped me out pretty thoroughly. Interestingly I read this morning that hang cleans are a recommended lift for swimmers because of the focus on explosive hip extension. Neat coincidence.
