Complete 10 push ups after each set.  Ring push ups are fair game.

    Oly WOD:
    1) Push Jerk + Split Jerk (1+2)x2, (1+1)x3, increase weight with each set, stay upright.

    2) Clean pull 2″ + clean pull to mid thigh + Clean (1+1+1) x 3 @ 80% 1RM clean, (1+1+1) x 3 @ 85% 1RM clean

    3) 5×3 Clean Pull (100% 1RM clean), 10 second eccentric after the third rep on each set

    4) 3 sets of: max consecutive push ups, goblet squats, 100′ farmer carry (AHAP)
