Hey Laurie – That is ultimately up to John (he’s coaching 7pm), but I suspect it will be okay. You may not have time to do all 5 intervals, depending on how fast you run.
I tried this on a busted hotel treadmill. Needless to say it went way wrong. Anyway – see you guys later in the week!
Whoa- that was a hellacious WOD!! I can only only imagine what the woman walking her dog thought as I was dry heaving on the side of the road during run # 3 😉
