- AMRAP in 18 minutes of 50 double unders, 20 front squats (95/65#), 10 ring dips
- Run 5k
- Overhead squat 5-5-5-5-5 then max consecutive wallballs (20/14# to 10/9′)
- Complete 25-20-15-10-5 reps for time of push ups (men clapping), situps, hang power cleans (95/65#) and 1 rope climb after each round
