WOD Notes: This is a great chance to try for one or all of your 2015 goals and see how much work is yet to be done. If you are satisfied with your goals progress it is also a great time to make up a workout you recently missed or try for a heavy lift or a benchmark. Here are some ideas if you’re stumped:

Anyone interested in a run tomorrow? Thinking a nice 5 mile run or so, break up the lifts. Not a fast pace. If not I will probably keep failing muscleups or max some Clean and Jerk.

I might be interested in the run. I don’t know if I want to run 5 miles though, 3-4 miles would be better. What time were you thinking?
