Haven’t done the baseline since I started this journey called crossfit! Can’t wait to tear into this WOD again. I have some unfinished business.

  2. Brendan

Craig, this means 4 rounds for you with a weighted vest..

  3. Laurie

Wow, guys great showing at CF West Chester event. Congrats!

  4. T

Jimbo’s reaction in my picture = CLASSIC!!! hahaha! Awesome job Jim & Jenn I am so proud of you both 🙂

Just saw on FB so I wanted to share – Iron Sport Gym in Glenolden is hosting Strongman semainar on the afternoon of May 5th. 2pm-5pm. Should fill up VERY quickly. For more information see their FB event page:

Let me know if the link doesn’t work – I can’t see FB from my work computer so I can’t double check it

Thanks for sharing that Nikki. I am up for that. Looks like Sunday will be Funday!

Nice job guys- way to represent ICA!! Tiana- you look very focused in that pic!! 🙂

  7. T

Awww…I wish I could do the seminar. I have a Strong(wo)man competition the day before that on May 4th in NYC 🙁 I’ll still be getting my strength in for that weekend anyway at least. Lindsey…haha I think that’s the 175# bar if I’m not mistaken and that’s a lot of weight to lose focus on 😉

This multiple baseline WOD put me in a place that I have not visited in a while. My drive home sucked. I don’t want to do the baseline ever again.

    1. Chamberlain

Haha! That’s exactly why I took a pass and worked on Snatches and Cleans instead.

  9. Lindsey

I agree with Kev! Nothing like starting the second round and dry heaving or tasting bile repeatedly…. it was certainly a doozy!!

  10. Scott

    OG Results:
No rower so subbed 400m runs
    Barb 5:52, 6:20, 6:20
    Scott 3:38, 3:47, 4:00

    1. John

Scott and Barb, those are some beastly times, nice work!

  11. Laurie

I’ve NEVER felt like I was going to puke at any CF workout…until last night. However, I was so pissed off by my time (+12 seconds from when I did this last year) that I WILL be doing baselines again. On a regular basis. I don’t care if I DO puke.
