WOD Notes:  During the “death by” scheme, athletes will have one minute to complete a certain number of 10yd shuttle runs.  Each minute the number of runs increases by 1 until the athlete can no longer complete the number of runs in the minute.

    Hey gang!
    I am selling my Reebok Olympic Lifting Shoes. I bought them last year and wore them about 5x. They have U-Form technology that I have not utilized yet. You place them in the oven, then, when warm, you wear them for about 20min to form to your feet. I also have a pair of red laces to go with them. Overall, the shoe is great! …and, can be used for box jumps and rope climbs!! I just don’t use them enough…and when I lift, I like my blue Inov-8 as my go-to shoe.

    They are size 9.5 (I wear a 10ish…oly shoes are supposed to be snug).
    I paid $150 so looking for a reasonable offer (about $100, obo).
    If you wanna try them on and lift in them, they are on the shelves by the jump ropes behind all the protein powders.
