August is about to get a whole lot louder, sweatier, and more fun! The 2026 CrossFit Community Cup is here!
The Community Cup is an in-affiliate competition that serves as a fun, mid-year test of your progress since the Open. The competition is available to anyone who completed all three 2026 Open workouts. Whether you knew it or not, you were placed into a competition level based on your Open scores. In the Community Cup, you’ll go head-to-head with people in your same percentile. Workouts are tailored to each level, making the experience more meaningful, fun, and achievable.
How It Works
1. Earn Your Level. If you completed all three workouts of the 2026 CrossFit Open, you already have a competition level assigned – check out your profile on the Games site.
2. Register for the Community Cup. Registration is officially open — hit the “Register Today” button on the Games site, log in, select the “Community Cup” tab, and get yourself signed up. ($20 registration – includes a $25 Velites gift card.) You can register for your assigned level or “level up” and compete one level higher than you earned in the Open.
3. Compete at ICA. All four workouts will be released on July 31, and athletes will have until August 31 to complete them. If we have enough registrants, we’ll make them Daily WODs, so you can do them during your normal class time. Otherwise, you can complete them during any Open Gym. Judges are required, but they do not have to be officially registered. Videos not required.
