- WOD 1: 100 burpees for time
- WOD 2: 5 rounds of 20 push ups, 20 sit ups, 20 squats
- WOD 3: 10 minutes of stretching & 10 minutes of mobility work

Oh hell no! DK and I ran 4.5 Miles….that was special.
WOD 3: 3 minutes each.
Fili said he stretched today as well, and he got all sweaty.
