then 2 rounds of

  • 16 bar muscle ups
  • 8 power cleans (50/35#)

    Oly WOD
    1) high bar back squat 5×2 (heavy but pretty, 1 second pause at bottom)
    2) power clean + push jerk + split jerk 1-1-1-1-1
    3) Complete for time a 75 cal row then 15-10-5:
    -cleans (165/115#) or snatches (115/75#)
    -2xreps toes to bar
    4) 200m farmer carry, heavy
