    In celebration of Carver’s first b-day (on Sunday), we made him a namesake wod! Of course it involves his mom and dad’s favorite movements… Bc they’ll be his favorite someday too! Can’t wait to break this one in tomorrow!

    Is anyone doing the Marsh Creek Raptor Run tomorrow (5 or 10 mile trail)? I’m thinking about it. I had a great long run in the rain today, so I’m trying to decide on the race, ICA or Rest.

      12 Rx teams. WOD 1: snatches and HSPUs:4th place. WOD 2: double unders, rowing and wall balls:11th. WOD 3: tire flips (39): 3rd place. WOD 4: dead lifts and box jumps:5th place. Top five teams made it to championship WOD. We missed 5th by one point! Damn close!
