In addition to offering daily CrossFit classes, we provide a variety of services to our members and non-members.
Community Yoga – FREE & Open to the Public
You don’t have to be a member at our gym to come practice yoga with us. We offer a FREE power yoga class once a week, currently on Sundays at 11:15am. If you are visiting ICA for the first time, please email in advance.
Yoga Instructor: Jana Kent-Dewald, RYT200, E-RYT200 & YACEP. Jana’s joy and passion for yoga are palpable and infectious. Her style brings together elements of strength, flexibility and balance, encouraging students to break through their perceived limitations both on and off the mat. Her classes offer strong, vigorous fitness oriented sequencing grounded in the breath and intention, and always leave room for playfulness and fun. Drawing from her 35+ years as a Fitness/Dance Instructor, Jana believes that when brought into greater alignment, the mind connects with the body more fluidly and with less effort.
Personal Training & Nutrition Coaching
Maybe you’re interested in CrossFit, but you’re not quite ready for group classes? Not a problem! Our coaches can work with you 1-on-1 to get you started on your fitness journey. Personal training is also a great way to work on a specific strength or skill goal outside of the group class environment. We also offer nutrition coaching at our personal training rates. Nutrition is the foundation of a fit and healthy lifestyle, and combining CrossFit workouts with a well thought out nutrition plan is the fastest and most effective way to get the results you’re looking for!
- Personal Training (30 minutes) – $45 per session
- Personal Training (60 minutes) – $75 per session
