Schedule Notes:

  1. All classes are 1 hour long unless otherwise noted. We have 2 training rooms which allows us to offer classes every 30 minutes during peak times!
  2. Advance registration is required for all classes. We limit class size in order to ensure quality instruction and your safety. Click HERE to register.
  3. Open Gym is FREE for ICA members (does not count toward your class totals).
  4. To ensure adequate class availability for all our members, athletes should pre-register for only ONE group class each day. If you register for a specialty class (such as Olympic Lifting or Aerobic Capacity), please do not reserve a spot in a Daily WOD, or vice versa.
  5. All athletes must complete Fundamentals Training or be approved by a coach before attending group classes. Visit our Getting Started page for more information.
  6. Teen and Youth Strength & Speed classes are offered at 7:00pm during the school year. We switch to a daytime schedule for the summer. Reach out for details.

Class Descriptions

Daily WOD

A one-hour class where the Workout of the Day (WOD) is performed by all class members. This class is led by an ICA Coach from start to finish.

Open Gym

Open Gym hours provide members the opportunity to work on anything they’d like, including personal goals, a missed Daily WOD, or supplemental strength or skill work. These are not coached sessions; athletes should be prepared to work independently. Open Gym sessions are free for ICA members (do not count as a class).

Olympic Lifting

Our olympic lifting class focuses on the clean, snatch, and jerk, breaking down the lifts into their various parts and performing lots of repetitions to improve your technique. These lifts are unparalleled in terms of their ability to develop speed, power, and coordination! The class is currently offered twice per week, and the programming is available for members to complete on their own if you can’t make the class times.

The program is high energy and instills a love of working out and knowledge that will last a lifetime. Attendance at these classes requires a Teen Strength & Speed membership; refer to our Other Services page for more details.

Aerobic Capacity

This class will develop your cardiovascular endurance through running, rowing, biking, and other forms of cardiovascular exercise. It’s ideal for athletes who are training for a 5k, a triathlon, or simply looking to increase their cardio output! This class is currently offered once per week, but programming is available 4 days/week for athletes to complete on their own during Open Gym.
