In addition to offering daily CrossFit classes, our coaches also provide top-rate personal training, Functional Movement Screens, and a summer teen strength program. Read below to learn more about each of these services.

Personal Training & Individual Strength/Skill Coaching

Maybe you’re interested in CrossFit, but you’re not quite ready for group classes? Not a problem! Our coaches can work with you 1-on-1 to get you started on your fitness journey.  Personal training is also a great way to work on specific strength or skill goals outside of the group class environment.

  • Personal Training (30 minutes) – $40 for 1 session, $360 for 10 sessions
  • Personal Training (60 minutes) – $60 for 1 session, $540 for 10 sessions

Functional Movement Screens (FMS)


Movement matters! Good movement quality is essential to reducing the risk of injury and reaching optimal levels of performance. The Functional Movement Screen (FMS) is a systematic screening tool that is used to identify limitations and asymmetries in your movement patterns. Based on the results of an individual’s screen, corrective exercises are assigned to address the underlying mobility and motor control issues. Expect to devote about 15 minutes/day to your corrective exercises, 4-5 days/week, for 6 weeks. Each FMS screen takes about 30 minutes to complete and includes web access to FMS Pro 360, where you will view your assigned exercises along with instructions and videos to guide you through the movements.

  • FMS Basic (one FMS screen & assignment of corrective exercises) – $60
  • FMS Advanced (Basic package plus a re-screen after 6 weeks) – $80
  • Additional re-screens can be purchased for $20, and programming (6 weeks of exercises) for $30.

Summer Teen Strength & Conditioning Program

Each summer, ICA offers a teen strength and conditioning program for aspiring young athletes. The focus of this program is strength, power, speed, and mobility. If you are interested in being put on the mailing list for this program, contact John at
