Complete 10 rounds for time of:

  • 5 strict pull ups
  • 7 right/7 left lateral plyo skier hops (24/20″)
  • 3 power cleans (205/125# NTE 80%)

Rest 1 minute after each round.

WOD Notes: Each round should be an absolute sprint! There will be a 25 minute cap on this workout.
