    2) Hang power snatch 3×2 (65%), 3×2 (75%)
    3) Snatch 2×1 (70%), 2×1 (80%), 2×1 (90%)
    4) 3×10 BTN presses (40% 1RM snatch)
    5) 20 box jumps, high
