5×10 hang snatch high pulls (50% 1RM hang snatch)
WOD Notes: The snatch work today is designed to get you into a solid position with the bar just above the knee and then work your way to a 1 rep max from that position. A hang snatch means you should catch the bar in a full squat! Anyone with shoulder issues should go with power snatches, muscle snatches or cleans instead.

Hi Ashley,
I left a pair of size 7.5 inov-8s near the desk if you want to try them on. I am going to return them if no one wants them. Anyone else feel free to take a look too.
They run really small so if you’re a 6.5 or 7 they might fit.

Jeanette-The inov-8s are made that way. However, they also will stretch out to fit your actual size. They are suppose to fit like a glove to your feet. I have a few pairs and they are always small when I first wear them.:)
