      Sarge and John, I want to thank you for getting me through the last DUs (or attempts.) Very, very frustrating for me. I made sure to spend the rest of the night watching YouTube tutorials on DUs. I will continue to do so Wednesday with any free time I have. I’ll be coming in early and leaving late.

      If it kills me…I will do them.

      Dave you weren’t the only one “physically and emotionally challenged” by the DUs. Even experienced athletes show up with two left feet and can’t string DUs some days. (I know at least 3 who struggled with theirs yesterday… And I’m sure there were others) Some days at CrossFit are difficult and frustrating. embrace the struggle – it’s all part of the journey!!

      I worked on them a little bit tonight, and was able to string 5 SU – 1 DU – 5 SU – 1 DU, etc. fairly well.
