Then complete 12, 8, 4 reps for time of:
- KB power snatch (half R/L, 53/35#)
- box jumps (24/20″)
WOD Notes: The snatch and hang snatch are to be performed as a complex, meaning you are not allowed to drop the bar between the two. Both movements require a full squat.
